McLaren-Mercedes Mencuat sebagai Favorit Juara yang Lebih Kuat

Pengembangan Oke, Finis 1-2 Beruntun

MONTREAL - Red Bull-Renault layak waspada. Kehebatan pada awal musim Formula 1 2010 semakin tereduksi. Bahkan, McLaren-Mercedes kini mencuat sebagai favorit juara yang lebih kuat. Dini hari kemarin WIB (14/6), mereka menempatkan Lewis Hamilton dan Jenson Button finis 1-2 di Grand Prix Kanada di Sirkuit Gilles Villeneuve.

Kemenangan itu membuat Hamilton melesat ke puncak klasemen sementara pembalap dengan 109 poin. Dia unggul tiga poin dari Button. Selain itu, McLaren semakin memantapkan posisi di puncak klasemen konstruktor dengan 215 poin. Mereka unggul 22 poin dari Red Bull.

GP Kanada memang sama dengan 18 seri lain yang ada dalam kalender F1 musim ini. Pemenang mendapat 25 poin, seterusnya sampai pembalap kesepuluh mendapatkan 1 poin. Namun, bagi McLaren sukses di Gilles Villeneuve memiliki arti istimewa. Pertama, sukses finis 1-2 itu adalah yang kedua beruntun. Sebelumnya, Hamilton dan Button melakukannya di GP Turki.

Selain itu, kemenangan GP Kanada direbut Hamilton setelah dalam kualifikasi sehari sebelumnya dia membukukan waktu tercepat. Itu mematahkan rekor selalu pole Red Bull dalam tujuh lomba sebelumnya.

Hal lain yang tidak kalah penting yang ditunjukkan McLaren adalah kematangan mereka sebagai satu tim. Hasil itu tidak lepas dari strategi pemilihan ban yang tepat. Hamilton menggunakan ban lunak saat start. Dia memang harus masuk pit lebih awal untuk mengganti ban (lap kedelapan). Kemudian dia menggantinya lagi pada lap ke-27. Saat itu posisi terdepan diambil alih pembalap Red Bull Mark Webber.

Namun, Webber yang mengawali lomba dengan ban keras akhirnya disalip Hamilton pada lap ke-50 sebelum Webber mengganti ban lunak. Pada lap ke-56, Button giliran menyalip Alonso yang sebelumnya tepat berada di belakang Hamilton. Sejak saat itu Hamilton melaju mulus ke podium juara.

Menurut Team Principal McLaren Martin Whitmarsh, sukses besar timnya dalam dua lomba terakhir merupakan hasil pengembangan terus-menerus di markas tim di Woking, Inggris. "Kami sudah mampu melampaui target pengembangan yang kami canangkan. Yaitu, lebih cepat 0,15 detik hingga 0,25 detik tiap balapan. Jika kami mampu mencapainya, dalam empat balapan kami sudah lebih cepat satu detik,'' beber Whitmarsh.

Kalau McLaren terus membaik, Red Bull tidak. Mereka terus membuat kesalahan yang tidak perlu, seperti yang ditunjukkan awal musim lalu. Dalam kualifikasi Kanada, Webber sebenarnya membukukan catatan waktu tercepat kedua. Namun, dia harus start dari urutan kedelapan karena penalti mengganti gearbox.

Seri kesembilan diselenggarakan dua pekan mendatang di Sirkuit Valencia, yang menjadi tuan rumah GP Eropa. Jika tidak mau gagal seperti musim lalu, Red Bull harus bangkit. Kalau tidak, McLaren benar-benar sedang menuju gelar Champion. (ady/c2/ang)

SURABAYA - Desakan tim pemenangan Arif Afandi-Adies Kadir (Cacak) agar surat suara yang coblos tembus dihitung ulang sudah dituruti oleh panitia pemilihan kecamatan (PPK). Namun, hasilnya tidak mengubah perolehan suara secara signifikan. Pasangan Tri Rismaharini-Bambang Dwi Hartono tetap menduduki peringkat teratas.

Kemarin (6/6) tiga PPK kembali menghitung surat suara yang tidak sah. Tiga PPK itu berasal dari Tegalsari, Lakarsantri, dan Simokerto. Tim Cacak memang getol meminta tiga PPK tersebut menghitung ulang surat suara yang coblos tembus. Tetapi, hasilnya tidak mampu mendongkrak perolehan suara Cacak. Sebab, surat suara coblos tembus terbagi untuk seluruh pasangan calon.

Di PPK Tegalsari misalnya. Di antara total 195 tempat pemungutan suara (TPS) di kecamatan itu, 28 TPS dihitung ulang. Hasilnya, tambahan suara dari coblos tembus terbagi untuk semua calon. Risma-Bambang tetap teratas.

Ketua PPK Tegalsari Ari Sulistio mengatakan, dalam rekapitulasi yang sudah diselesaikan pada 3 Juni lalu, suara tidak sah di Kecamatan Tegalsari 2.790 lembar. Setelah penghitungan kemarin, jumlah tersebut menyusut menjadi 1.434. ''Suara baru terbagi ke semua calon,'' terang Ari.

Total, pasangan Risma-Bambang mengantongi 12.852 suara atau naik 440 suara dari hasil penghitungan pertama yang memperoleh 12.412.

Penghitungan kedua kemarin juga tetap mendudukkan Cacak pada urutan kedua. Semula, Cacak memperoleh 10.317 suara. Setelah penghitungan ulang, suara pasangan nomor urut 3 itu naik 498 suara, menjadi 10.815.

Suara pasangan nomor 1, Sutadi-Mazlan (Dimaz), naik dari 2.546 menjadi 2.730. Selanjutnya, pasangan nomor 2, Fandi Utomo-Yulius Bustami, memperoleh tambahan 225 suara. Semula 3.708, menjadi 3.933. Terakhir, calon independen Fitra-Naen mengantongi suara 2.340, naik dari jumlah awal 2.253 suara.

Sementara itu, penghitungan suara Kecamatan Lakarsantri juga tidak berpengaruh besar. Total surat suara yang tidak sah semula 981. Namun, setelah dihitung ulang, ternyata yang coblos tembus hanya 15. Karena itu, surat suara yang tidak sah tinggal 966.

Dari penghitungan surat suara yang tidak sah itu, pasangan Risma- Bambang dan Cacak sama-sama memperoleh tambahan enam suara. Dimaz bertambah dua suara dan terakhir Fu-Yu bertambah satu suara. Ketua PPK Lakarsantri Wiryanto mengatakan, penghitungan ulang tersebut dilihat seluruh saksi dan panwas. ''Hasil penghitungan ulang itu sudah ditandatangani semua saksi dan panwas,'' ucapnya. Penghitungan tersebut nyaris tanpa kendala. PPK hanya membutuhkan waktu sekitar empat jam untuk memeriksa surat suara yang tidak sah.

Sementara itu, pengamat politik Unair, Airlangga Pribadi, menegaskan bahwa pilwali sebenarnya sudah selesai. Melihat hasil penghitungan dan realitas politik saat ini, dia optimistis Risma-Bambang tidak akan terkejar oleh Cacak. Menurut dia, sudah bukan saatnya para elite politik di Surabaya mempertentangkan rekapitulasi yang sudah berjalan.

''Saran saya, para kandidat tak usah terlalu menggebu-gebu menuntut hal-hal pasca coblosan. Apalagi bila datanya masih sangat sumir dan kesalahan yang ada hanya bersifat teknis, bukan kecurangan,'' kata Airlangga.

Pria asal Jombang tersebut mengungkapkan, tindakan yang berlebihan dengan meminta coblosan ulang akan diingat publik. ''Itu merupakan stigma buruk bagi politisi yang tak mau legawa,'' tuturnya. Yang diingat, misalnya, si A selalu politis dan perjuangannya hanya dilandasi kepentingan-kepentingan politis, bukan untuk rakyat.

Airlangga menyatakan, semua pihak tidak perlu lagi mengulur-ulur masalah dengan mencari-cari kesalahan dalam penghitungan suara. Apalagi, selisih suara tergolong cukup besar. Berdasar penghitungan terakhir KPU sore kemarin (sudah 28 kecamatan), selisih suara Risma-Bambang dan Arif-Adies sekitar 30 ribu suara. ''Apa pun itu secara objektif menunjukkan pilihan rakyat. Kalau selisihnya hanya 100 suara dan kesalahannya lebih pada kecurangan, wajar bila masalah diteruskan,'' ujarnya.

Dia mengingatkan, upaya berlebihan untuk memaksakan coblosan ulang akan memantik respons negatif dari masyarakat. ''Warga Surabaya sudah jenuh dengan proses pilwali yang berlarut-larut seperti ini. Kalau terus dipaksakan ada, antipati publik terhadap proses politik justru makin besar,'' tegasnya.

Dia menuturkan, sudah seharusnya semua pihak memikirkan pembangunan Surabaya. ''Tentunya dengan stabilitas politik yang dibangun bersama. Stabilitas politik yang dibangun mulai kedewasaan politik seusai pilwali,'' tambahnya.

Airlangga yakin semua kandidat mempunyai cita-cita yang sama, yakni demi kebaikan masyarakat Surabaya. ''Bila itu berarti harus legawa menerima kekalahan dan demi kebaikan masyarakat Surabaya, kenapa tidak dilakukan?'' ungkapnya.
